This recipe is incredible – NO SUGAR, and your bread machine can do the heavy-lifting!
We have a Cuisinart Convection Breadmaker with a pizza/dough setting, which works perfectly.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/3 cups very warm water
1 tsp. salt (ordinary, ionized)
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. bread machine yeast
METHOD:
Add all ingredients together in the bread machine.
Run the pizza / dough cycle (about 2 hours).
Pull the dough out (it will be risen).
Push down and work the dough for about 10 minutes.
Put in a covered bowl and allow to rest / rise for an hour.
Push down and form one large pizza or divide in 2 if you prefer.
Add toppings and bake at 450 for 15 minutes, then check it.
It’s done when the outside of the crust is golden brown.
