Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 3 ounces)
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Use a whisk, blender, or hand-mixer to combine and thoroughly blend all of the ingredients EXCEPT: reserve half of the blue cheese and the fresh ground pepper.
- When the mixture is smooth and creamy, gently fold-in the remaining 1/4 cup blue cheese, then season with pepper to taste.
- We keep this in a mason jar in the refrigerator for days and days and it keeps very well.
