Ingredients
- Prosciutto
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
- Mozzarella - the best you can get!
Instructions
- FIRST:
- Cut Mozzarella into bite-size cubes
- Roll up Prosciutto
- Separate basil leaves
- THEN:
- Stack ingredients in whichever order you like, but here is a suggestion:
- Mozzarella cube | basil leaf | rolled strip of prosciutto | cherry tomato on top!
- LAST:
- Spear your stack with a toothpick or similar hors d'oeuvre accessory and enjoy!
