Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Put meatloaf mixture into a loaf pan
- Bake at 375°F for 45-60 minutes
- Internal temperature should be 160-165° F
- NOTE: If you like, you can remove the meatloaf from the oven at 150-155° F and let it rest for about 10 minutes. It will continue to self-cook during that time and achieve the proper internal temperature.
