Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes - No Draining
Ingredients
- 1 Pound peeled potatoes cut to approx. 1-inch chunks
- per:
- 1/2 Cup Water or chicken stock
- EASY MATH!
Instructions
- Cook liquid and potatoes at high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Let pressure release for 5-10 minutes.
- Add some butter, milk, and salt to taste, while mashing.
