Pork Ribs
Ingredients
- Rack of Pork Ribs
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp.Salt
- 1/4 Tbsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp.Smoked Paprika
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Instructions
- Combine all dry rub ingredients and mix them (shake in a bowl or jar.
- Cover entire rack of ribs with the rub by sprinkling both sides.
- Drizzle olive oil over each side and give it a massage – don’t forget the sides.
- Either BBQ or broil at HIGH on each side for about 5 minutes – or whenever you can see that the meat is seared.
- Then HERMETICALLY SEAL the ribs in tinfoil.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 250 for 3 hours.
